The 5th ARMY 2019 International Military and Technical Forum (IMTF) has kicked off today in Moscow region. Russian Defence Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu officially opened the ARMY 2019 IMTF. Addressing its participants and guests, General of the Army Sergei Shoigu paid special attention to the fact that “despite the sanctions that were imposed to slow down scientific and technical progress in Russia, the defence industry enterprises not only withstand but also have development progress".
