As part of the ARMY-2020 International Military-Technical Forum, the Main Directorate of International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation held working meetings with a number of foreign military delegations to discuss issues of military and military-technical cooperation.

In particular, fruitful negotiations took place with specialists from the Republic of Serbia, Mongolia, the Republic of Sudan and the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

As a result of negotiations with the Sudanese and Lao parties, international contract documents were signed for the supply of Russian military products.

The planned transfer of Russian weapons and military equipment is aimed at further developing friendly and mutually beneficial relations with foreign colleagues and strengthening the national armed forces of Laos and Sudan.
