The Ashuluk training ground hosted a dynamic demonstration of the combat capabilities of echeloned defence
As part of the international military-technical forum "Army-2020", a dynamic demonstration of the combat capabilities of echeloned defence of objects using modern air defense systems and anti-UAV systems was held at the Ashuluk training ground in the Astrakhan region.
At the starting positions of the range, a group of air defense forces and anti-UAV systems was deployed, in particular: S-400 "Triumph", S-300 B4, "Buk-M3", "Tor-M2", "Pantsir-S" and "Typhoon-AD" combat vehicles.
In a complex jamming environment, the created air defense group performed the combat task of repelling an air strike of a mock enemy, destroying all types of targets that imitate tactical, operational-tactical, ballistic, cruise missiles, aircraft guided missiles, tactical aircraft, reconnaissance and attack UAVs, and precision weapons.
During the anti-aircraft battle, more than 20 targets of the type "Armavir-M", "Armavir-VU", "Strizh", "Kaban", "Pischal-B", "Favorit-RM", "Dan" and others were destroyed.
