Deputy Defence Minister Yuri Borisov took part in the opening ceremony of the monument to the inventor of the space defence of Russia

Today, Deputy Defence Minister Yuri Borisov took part in the opening ceremony of the monument to the Hero of Socialistic Labor Anatoly Savin, outstanding constructor in the field of space informational control systems and guided missile weapons.

According to Yuri Borisov, Anatoly Savin was a constructor general, who had laid the foundation of defence capability of the country more than 40 years ago.
