Servicemen of military engineering troops to demonstrate modern complexes of mine clearance at the site of the IMTF ARMY 2021 in Chita
As part of the international military-technical forum Army-2021 in the Transbaikal territory, on the main site of a large-scale event in the Victory park of the city of Chita, military personnel of the combined arms army of the Eastern Military District (EMD) will demonstrate samples of robotic equipment. So, as part of a static display, a combined arms demining kit will be demonstrated.
The kit is designed to equip assault units of engineering troops performing tasks to support combat operations of combined arms units in urbanized terrain.
The set consists of a suit of the 6th class of protection and a protective helmet, under the cover of which there are composite armor panels based on high-strength ceramics.
The event will take place from August 26-28 in the regional centre, Borzya town and Drovyanaya village. In total, more than 100 weapons samples will be presented at the thematic sites of the military-technical forum, including aviation equipment and samples recently received by the military units of the EMD.
