The Main military medical department of the Russian Defence Ministry will hold six round tables at the international military-technical forum "ARMY-2020"

Within the framework of the scientific and business program of the international military-technical forum "ARMY-2020", the Main military medical department of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has planned to hold six round tables:

1. Introduction of information technologies in the work of the health resort complex of the Ministry of Defence of Russia.

The purpose of the round table is to discuss the possibility of optimizing existing and implementing new information services, the consideration of improving the joint information base of military sanatoriums that automatically systematize the exchange of data from the information base in the center, supervising the implementation of vouchers and the online user profile of the sanatorium-resort services.

It is planned to develop proposals for the creation of a single information circuit that will allow online booking of preferential vouchers on the website of the center that oversees the implementation of vouchers; reduce the time required to complete the application for booking a ticket and respond to the user; improve the quality and availability of health resort services by introducing new information services.

2. Current issues of activity of military medical organizations of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in the territorial programs of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens of Moscow and the Moscow region.

The purpose of the round table is to discuss the organization of medical care for the contingents of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation in military medical organizations of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation within the territorial programs of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens of Moscow and the Moscow region.

It is planned to develop the main directions for improving the organization of medical care to citizens from among the contingents of the Ministry of Defence of Russia within the territorial programs of state guarantees of free medical care to citizens of Moscow and the Moscow region; draft agreements of the Ministry of Defence of Russia with Moscow and the Moscow region on improving the provision of medical care to citizens from among the contingents of the Ministry of Defence of Russia.

3. Formation and development of national military medicine (XVII-XXI centuries).

The purpose of the round table is to review the main directions of development of approaches to organization of medical support of troops (forces) in the military conflicts of the past, evolution of the management system of the medical service of the Russian army and the system of training for military medical personnel, as well as the problematic issues of medical support in wars past and present.

It is planned to develop proposals for the official perpetuation of the date of foundation of the medical service; a list of problematic issues that arose during the medical support of troops (forces) in the wars of the past; proposals for applying the experience of medical support of troops (forces) in modern conditions.

4. Combat stress: a modern view of the problem.

The purpose of the round table is to consider the issues of epidemiology, diagnosis, correction and prevention of stress-associated disorders in modern armed conflicts.

It is planned to develop a consensus opinion on improving classification, diagnostic criteria for identifying combat stress-associated disorders, and a list of methods for their correction and prevention.

5. Information technologies and artificial intelligence in medicine.

The purpose of the round table is to consider the introduction of advanced information and communication technologies in the interests of preserving and strengthening the health of military personnel and the activities of the medical service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

It is planned to develop a list of information technologies to improve the treatment and diagnostic process in medical organizations of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation; proposals for cooperation in the interests of implementing information technologies in the activities of military medical organizations.

6. Current infectious diseases in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Epidemiology. Diagnostics. Problematic issues and ways to solve them.

The purpose of the round table is to develop a unified approach to the diagnosis and prevention of infectious diseases that are relevant to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

It is planned to develop a comprehensive range of measures aimed at preventing the introduction and spread of coronavirus infection (2019nCov) in military collectives: unified approaches to the diagnosis of tuberculosis in order to reduce the time of diagnosis and increase the financial and economic efficiency of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures; the main activities to prevent the introduction of incoming young recruits and the spread of infectious diseases among personnel in the framework of the draft campaign "Autumn 2020".
