Russian Defence Minister inspects Army 2019 IMTF latest aircraft exhibition

Before the opening ceremony of the ARMY 2019 International Military and Technical Forum, Russian Defence Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu inspected the exhibition of the latest aircraft and thematic exposition dedicated to the Russian military contingent at Hmeymim air base in Syria.

The residential infrastructure of the air base, air defence facilities, aviation technical support points, aviation equipment with display of means of destruction, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles are presented.

Industry leaders presented the Ka-52 combat reconnaissance and attack helicopter, the latest Mi-26T2V transport helicopter, and the electronic warfare helicopter complex to the head of the military department.
